GUN BARREL are cult rockers that go against all rules. They combine “old school”, “misfit Rock’n’Roll” and Metal in an ingenious way. Being the representatives of this “Dirty Metal Rock’n’Roll”, they really let it rip during their live performances. Where GUN BARREL play live, guns are fired: the band is "battle-tested" after all – and the audience does not only buy that since the band's anniversary year. The members show real honesty and you can feel the animal instinct, the heart and soul that make the band skyrocket on stage. If nothing else, this might be due to the fact that GUN BARREL are among the most frequent performers in Germany. By the order of Rock’n’Roll, the four musicians spare no effort and even take a trip to the Spanish island Mallorca, or they come together in a local music store for an acoustic-set to demonstrate their skills and attitude.

This is by far not everything that the band has to offer since GUN BARREL are always good for a surprise – it is not unusual that guest stars such as ANDY BRINGS appear on stage with them, that they contribute a song to a MOTÖRHEAD tribute sampler or that they give the audience an understanding of their sound at legendary festivals such as Wacken or Slovenia's Metalcamp. All in all factors that made GUN BARREL stronger and catapulted them into the professional league. Rock star affectations? No way. Despite all the glamour, the band remains down-to-earth and continues to look forward´– one is still up to much more!
